The Barcelona pilot is led by researchers from the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona through the FCRB and the iSYS Foundation, which provides the digital platform Xemio. The development of the Barcelona pilot will include other entities such as Primary Care Centers, where the project will take place. The objective of the pilot is to improve the quality of life of Breast cancer survivors. As a result, the main aim of the Barcelona pilot is to enhance the services to cancer patients, by allowing patients to benefit from the learnings of the central ASCAPE system.
The list of patient symptoms and physical activity (PROMs) will be merged into ONTO-CR Hospital platform and then, share data with ASCAPE to, ultimately, improve the patient's care.
